DM Property Enterprises Ltd is owned by managing partners David McCallan and Anthony Cafolla,  David and Anthony have been in business together since 1999 and have several business interests together. The property  company came about as an extension of their own growing personal property portfolios  in Northern Ireland,England and Spain.

As requests from friends,collegues and family grew both felt that the time was right some years ago to use their own experiences in the market to help others grow their portfolios,as they knew that it was not possible to buy every single property that came on the market. Extensive research has brought  the company to specialize in Sotland [around Glasgow Newcastle and Manchester as properties in those areas "stack up" financially, meaning that with a small deposit 15% the buy to let mortgage could be covered by a renting tenant. a very simple solution which they have used very succesfully over the years in Northern Ireland.
